What Should I use For the game?

If you watch iCarly and have seen the episode were sam wins the beauty Pageant and freddy and Spencer are playing that game, then I need your help! My friend is coming over to my house on friday and we are going to make that game so we can play it. We are not going to buy it! I am using head wraps as the thing you wrap around your head and i printed out words for us to use. The problem is that i can't find anything to replace glue or tape to stick the words onto the head wrap. It is kind of like your clothes so some stuff won't work.
