How do I make my own website like "icarly.com ? "?

ok so i wanna mak ea websit elike icarly.com . i now i carly because my little sister was watching the show and i seen it and liked it. on the website i wanna have different sections or tabs for music and games and blogs and crap like that. i want people and family to sign up and become a member and be able to get messages and updates from the website to thier email. i also want to post videos and be able to do live videos. i've looked at some quetions simaaliar to mine and none of them really worked . i've seen webs and i dont want to pay and they only allow 30 min. of video for free. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! I need help . PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!|||You don't. That's called plagiarism.|||dude u r ment to tell her where to make it not:

|||You won't be able to do any of what you want for free I'm afraid.





Hosting videos and music requires a lot of web space and you pay for good web space and bandwidth.





The other thing is to host such a site you will requite various scripts and coding which probably won't be supported on a free website provider.





The closest thing I would suggest is looking in to using a wordpress blog.





Remember that you cant host copyrighted material.|||The equipment, time, resources and money needed for something like that would be tremendous. Before you could even start you would need all of it.|||well like stated above it would cost a load money resources and equipment

i look at the code for icarly.com and it wouldnt be easy at all
