Somewhat like a "Seddie" (iCarly) relationship?!?!?!?

Um so here goes my love story:


I am a girl (pointing it out first thing so there is no confusion later) and I live behind (neighbors) a family that my mom has known their mom for YEARS. They happened to move to the house behind us like 9 years ago. Anyway, the two kids in the family are a girl that is 16 and a boy (lets call him "Bob" for safety purposes) who is 13. I am 14 and almost exactly a year older than him (360 and a half days to be exact). On and off for like a year I've had a crush on him. We are almost like brother and sister though; for example, we fight like we are. We come up with violent games like "The Last Slap" where whoever slaps the other one last before running back to their house or running away wins and all kinds of other crap but I won't get all into that. Anyway, I wish our love story could be like Seddie's because I like him and I still haven't had my first kiss yet and I want a "boyfriend" and I just feel like we'd be the perfect couple. I believe he knows I like him because he figured it out last year but he said he didn't like me back. Should I wait? Would it ruin our friendship if we started going out?|||ummm just tel him how u feel


and if he feels th same about u he will tell u the same then ask you out but dont tell him unless you know he likes you cuz that wil be just awakward going around him when he knows u like him and he might say like you "u love me" nad tell his parents which might go to ur family and he might tell your sister i think u said you have one well you know what i mean
