2) depends on the game. normally free-$10, most are under $5.
3) 6.73 gigs for icarly. as for games, normally they dont take up too much space, but it varies from game to game
yes, you can create an account without giving them your credit card number. but then you will have to buy itunes gift cards from stores such as best buy and type in the code on the card.
